Pilates Fundamentals Reformer Class

Service Description

This level 1 class is the perfect entry into reformer classes for those new to equipment-based Pilates workouts, haven’t done it in awhile, or are looking to perfect the exercises in a safe and structured environment. The pace of this class allows participants to learn safe and effective techniques to carry forward into Intermediate classes. Participants new to Pilates should start with a Fundamental Class or schedule a 30 minute private session to familiarize themselves with the reformer, basic concepts, and exercises. It is recommended (but not required) that 3-6 fundamental classes or private sessions are completed before moving on to intermediate classes.
